Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – AngelCrown We strive to provide reliable, compassionate care that works with your schedule. To ensure smooth service for all clients, please review our booking guidelines: 🕒 Scheduling Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day bookings may be accepted if availability allows. ❌ Cancellations We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 🔁 Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 💳 Payments Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and digital payments (e.g., Zelle, PayPal, etc.). For recurring services, weekly or monthly billing options are available. ❤️ Additional Notes We value your time and ours — consistent communication is key! If we’re ever running late or need to reschedule, we’ll contact you immediately.
